Quality is of the utmost importance in everything we deliver. As such we have developed stringent in house quality control procedures to ensure faults are kept to an absolute minimum. Whilst all of our work is governed by these procedures, further specific testing can be carried out as per individual customer requirements to ensure ultimate product reliability.
The level of testing can be maintained to the electronic assembly itself via an in circuit test or extended to a full functional test in the case of a full turn key assembly.
In most instances, specialised Test fixtures are required. These are typically supplied by the customer, however, we can assist in the design and manufacture of these if required.
Each Assembly can also be serialised to provide full traceability.
